Local Preferences
The day or night appearance preference is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember your selection. This setting remains on your device. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.
Email Messages
If you email the operator, the operator receives the address, message and attachments you send. These are used to review and reply to your request. The mailbox provider processes the message to deliver email. Contact the same address for questions about a message you sent.
Hosting Requests
Requests to the website can include IP addresses, browser information and requested URLs. Cloudflare Pages hosts this site and may process these requests to deliver pages and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing and retention practices.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources and interactions with the guides. Google can process device and browser information, page URLs and cookie identifiers. We do not submit email messages or contact-form contents to Analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics opt-out for more information and available controls.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how readers interact with the site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, and to improve navigation and guide usability. Clarity can collect browsing interactions, device information and website usage data through cookies and related technology. Its default sensitive-content masking remains enabled. Advertising
Adsterra provides display banners and a Native advertisement within the site’s defined ad placements when the service is active. Advertising requests may include your IP address, browser and device information, page URL and cookie identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Browser Controls and External Links
You can use your browser’s privacy and cookie settings to restrict cookies and clear stored site data. Some service features may be limited by these choices or by local consent requirements. Following an external link takes you to another service, whose privacy practices apply there. Images and fonts used for the guides are served locally; the site has no embedded video in this release.
